Order Confirmation Policy

  • All orders are confirmed through a WhatsApp message or phone call.

  • If the customer does not confirm through either channel, the order will be automatically cancelled.

  • Unconfirmed orders cannot be processed or shipped.

 

Receiving Package Policy

  • Packages cannot be opened before delivery is complete.

  • If a customer wishes to open the package before receiving it, they must contact us via DM and pay the shipping fees in advance before the order is shipped.

  • Orders will only be dispatched after the required shipping fees are paid.

 

Exchange & Refund Policy

We offer exchange and refund on all items under the following conditions:

  1. Request Window
    Customers may request a refund or exchange within 3 days from the date of receiving the package.
    The request must include the order number and proof of purchase, submitted via DM or Email.

  2. Item Condition
    Items must be returned in their original condition — unwashed, unaltered, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  3. Shipping Costs
    All shipping expenses required for processing a return or exchange are the responsibility of the customer.

  4. Processing Duration
    Exchange or refund processing may take up to 5 business days.

  5. Non-Returnable Items

    • Discounted items and bundle items are not eligible for return or refund.

    • Any item that is washed, worn, or damaged will not be accepted for return or exchange.

  6. Refund Method
    Once the refund request is approved, item fees will be transferred to the customer through Instapay.
